By default, Augusta sends two types of messages:
1. Interview Booking Reminders
For candidates invited to book an interview (either automatically or manually):
Augusta sends a series of texts and emails encouraging them to schedule their interview with your agency.
This helps:
- Increase interview booking rates
- Reduce the need for manual follow-up

2. Interview Reminders
Once a candidate books an interview:
Augusta automatically sends text and email reminders leading up to the interview.
This helps:
- Reduce no-shows
- Keep candidates informed and prepared

➕ Optional: Disqualification Messages
Augusta can also send disqualification emails to candidates who are:
- Not qualified
- Rejected
- Marked as no longer moving forward
This feature is off by default.
