This applies to all Hiring Stages enabled in your account, including:

• Screenings
• Interviews
• Orientations

These reminders help reduce no-shows and keep applicants informed, leading up to their scheduled meeting.

What Applicants Receive

Once an interview is booked, Augusta sends reminders via text and email at the following times:

• 2 days before the interview
• 24 hours before the interview
• 1 hour before the interview
• 5 minutes before the interview (for phone or virtual interviews)

These reminders ensure applicants have all the details they need and stay on track.
