You can easily cancel or reschedule meetings inside Augusta.
This applies to all Hiring Stages enabled in your account, including:
- Screenings
- Interviews
- Orientations
Both recruiters and applicants can manage scheduling changes directly through Augusta.
Recruiter: Cancel or Reschedule Inside Augusta
- Go to the applicant’s profile in your Augusta dashboard
- Click on the applicant’s current status column

Select Reschedule/Cancel
- Follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule the meeting
Once updated, Augusta automatically notifies the applicant and updates the meeting details.
Applicant: Self-Service Reschedule & Cancellation
Applicants can cancel or reschedule their interview using the links provided to them.
They will receive these links in:

Their interview confirmation email

Their interview reminder messages

Important Reminder
Do not cancel or edit interviews directly from your calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) by deleting or changing the meeting.
Doing so will not:
- Update the interview in Augusta
- Notify the applicant
- Stop reminder messages
Always use the reschedule/cancel links provided by Augusta.
