If you manage multiple Augusta dashboards, you can move applicants between your locations when needed.
For example, you might move an applicant if they:
- Applied to the wrong location.
- Live closer to another service area.
- Would be a better fit for another agency you manage.
Note: Augusta's Multi-Location Routing automatically routes applicants to the nearest location based on your configured service areas whenever possible. However, applicants can choose to apply to a different location, and you can manually move them if needed.

When Can You Move an Applicant?
Applicants can be moved between any Augusta dashboards you manage as long as they are not currently in an active meeting workflow.
An applicant cannot be moved if they:
- Have an upcoming booked meeting (Screening, Interview, or Orientation).
- Are currently receiving automated meeting booking invitations.
Once those activities have ended, the applicant can be moved again if needed.
How to Move an Applicant
- Open the applicant's profile.
- Click Move Applicant.
- Select the Augusta dashboard you'd like to move the applicant to.
- Click Move.
What Happens After Moving an Applicant?
Once the applicant has been moved:
- The applicant is transferred to the selected Augusta dashboard.
- Augusta re-evaluates the applicant using that location's Qualification Criteria.
- If the applicant qualifies, they'll automatically continue through that location's hiring workflow based on its Hiring Stage configuration.
Because each location can have different qualification criteria and hiring workflows, applicants may have a different outcome after being moved.
