Augusta allows account managers to add, remove, and manage user access within your dashboard.
🔑 Access Requirements
Only users with Manager access can add or edit users.
If someone on your team needs Manager access but doesn’t see the option, contact:
hello@augusta.care

User Access Levels
Interviewer
- Can conduct interviews
- Ideal for primary or backup interviewers
Team Member
- Can view applicants and upcoming interviews
- Cannot change settings or candidate statuses
Example:
Schedulers or care coordinators reviewing candidates for client fit
Manager
-
Full access to:
- Manage users
- Update settings (screening criteria, question settings, & hiring pipeline settings)
- Create/edit Smart Posts
- Change candidate statuses
Example:
HR leaders, recruiting leads, or general managers responsible for hiring strategy and performance.
Tip:
Limit Manager access to a small group to maintain consistency and avoid unintended changes.
Managing Account Settings (Access Controls)
You can also manage who is allowed to update important account settings.
- Click your profile icon (top right of your dashboard)
-
Select Settings
- Locate Access Controls
-
Toggle ON & Save settings:
“Only Managers can change advanced settings like qualification criteria and Indeed settings.”
Why This Matters
Your qualification rules and settings directly impact:
- Who is marked as Qualified
- Who is allowed to book interviews
- Your overall hiring outcomes
We recommend enabling this setting to ensure:
- Your team stays aligned
- Changes to screening criteria are intentional
- Only designated decision-makers update critical settings
Removing a User
- Go to Manage Users (top right profile icon)
- Find the user
-
Click the trash can icon
This will remove their access immediately.
