Applicant statuses help document where a candidate is in your hiring process and keep your recruiting workflow organized.
Some statuses are updated automatically by Augusta, while others should be updated by your recruiting team to reflect conversations, meeting outcomes, hiring decisions, and next steps.
Tip: We recommend leaving notes in an applicant’s profile whenever you update their status so your team has the latest context and conversation history.
