If you manage multiple Augusta accounts, Augusta can automatically route applicants to the best-fit location based on where they live.
This helps ensure candidates are reviewed by the right team, faster — without manual handoffs.
What This Feature Does
After an applicant completes your Augusta application:
- Augusta checks their distance from your service areas

If another location under your management is a better fit:
- The applicant is presented with that location
- They can choose where to book their interview

If they move forward with the new location:
- They will appear in that location’s dashboard
- The correct recruiting team can take over immediately
Why This Matters
Without this feature:
- Recruiters may need to manually pass candidates between locations
- Delays can cause strong applicants to drop off
- Candidates may never reach the right team
With this feature:
- Applicants are routed automatically
- Recruiters don’t need to coordinate manually
- Candidates are processed faster
Important Things to Know
Applicants Still Choose
Even if Augusta recommends a different location:
- The applicant can still choose to continue with the original location
- Their choice determines which dashboard they appear in
Requires Augusta Application Flow
This feature only works when applicants complete the Augusta application.
If you are using Indeed Apply (instead of Augusta Apply):
- Applicants will not be rerouted between locations

Interview Booking Is Required
Both locations must have:
- Interview booking enabled
- Active interview availability
This ensures applicants can book with the correct location immediately.
Prevents Duplicate Booking
Augusta includes safeguards to ensure:
- Applicants cannot book interviews with multiple locations
- Once an interview is booked, other booking options are disabled
Additional Option: Move Candidates Manually
If needed, you can also move applicants between locations manually.
