Both methods keep applicants connected to Augusta.

Regardless of which apply method you use, applicants still flow into your Augusta dashboard, use your Augusta Qualification Criteria, move through your existing recruiting workflows and integrations, and can be managed by your team in the same place.

The primary difference is the candidate's application experience — where they complete their application before entering your Augusta recruiting workflow.

When a candidate clicks Apply on one of your Augusta Smart Posts on Indeed, their experience depends on the apply method you have enabled.

Augusta Smart Post Apply

Candidates are directed from Indeed to your Augusta-powered Careers page.

Before applying, candidates can learn more about your agency through your:

• Agency branding
• Team photos and caregiver testimonials
• Pay, benefits, and job highlights
• Service area information
• Smart Post content

Candidates then complete your Augusta application, and qualified applicants can immediately be prompted to schedule their interview or screening.

Indeed Apply

Candidates stay within Indeed and complete their application directly through Indeed.

Once they apply, Augusta receives the application and continues processing the candidate through your existing Augusta recruiting workflow.

Indeed Apply changes where the candidate applies. It does not replace Augusta or move your recruiting workflow into Indeed.
