If your agency is running Google Ads or working with a marketing company, Augusta can send applicant conversion data back to your Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager (GTM) account.
This helps your team better track which marketing efforts are generating applicants.
How to Enable Tracking
Step 1: Request Your Tracking ID
Ask your marketing company for either:
- A GA4 Measurement ID (starts with
G-)
OR - A Google Tag Manager Container ID (starts with
GTM-)
Step 2: Place The Google ID In Augusta
Go to your Augusta Dashboard
Click Smart Posts
Select Google Settings
Under Tracking Mode, select:
GA4 or GTM
Paste your Google ID
Click Save Google Settings
What Data Is Sent
When an applicant submits an Augusta application, we send:
application_submittedeventjob_idlocation_idchannel_source
As well as any available UTM parameters:
utm_sourceutm_mediumutm_campaignutm_termutm_content
This allows your marketing team to better track which campaigns are driving applicants.
