Add Augusta Smart Posts to Your Website
Augusta Smart Posts allow you to manage your job postings from one place while automatically displaying them on your website's Careers page.
Once installed, your Smart Posts also power Augusta's integrations with Indeed and Google for Jobs, helping expand your recruiting reach without requiring you to manually update your website.

Before You Begin
Before installing Smart Posts, make sure you've already created your Smart Posts inside Augusta. Learn how to do so here.
Once your Careers page has been updated with the Smart Posts code, any jobs you create or edit in Augusta will automatically appear on your website.
Option 1: Your Web Team Installs Smart Posts (Recommended)
If someone else manages your website, Augusta makes installation simple.
Note: If you're part of a franchise, please refer to this step here.
- Log in to your Augusta Dashboard.

Click Smart Posts.

Click Add URL.

Then select "Add Smart Posts to your site in one step"

A pop-up will appear; then select "Copy Code"
Email the copied code to your web team using the template below.
Email Template
Subject: Add Augusta Smart Posts to Our Careers Page
" Hi,
Can you please add the attached Augusta Smart Posts code to the Careers page of our website?
<Insert the Augusta Smart Post Script>
The code should be placed near the top of the page inside the website's <body> tag.
Once installed, our job postings will automatically stay up to date on our website.
Thank you!"

Option 2: Install Smart Posts Yourself
If you manage your own website:
- Log in to your Augusta Dashboard.

Click Smart Posts.

Click Add URL.

Then select "Add Smart Posts to your site in one step"

A pop-up will appear; then select "Copy Code"
- Paste the code into your website's Careers page near the top of the page inside the
<body>tag. - Save your changes and refresh your Careers page.
If installed successfully, your Augusta Smart Posts will appear automatically.
Using a Website Builder?
Some website builders require additional setup when embedding custom code.
If you're using one of the platforms below, follow the platform-specific guide:
- Wix: Install Augusta Smart Posts on Wix
- Squarespace: Install Augusta Smart Posts on Squarespace
- GoDaddy: Install Augusta Smart Posts on GoDaddy

Save your changes and refresh your Careers page.
If installed successfully, your Augusta Smart Posts will appear automatically.
