Complete Your Job Posting
Job Title
Enter a clear, searchable title that describes the position.
Examples:
- Caregiver
- Full-Time Caregiver
- Overnight Caregiver
- Weekend Caregiver
Avoid promotional or unclear titles that candidates are unlikely to search for.
Job Highlights
Your Job Highlights display key benefits near the top of the post.
These are populated from your Augusta header image settings and may include pay, benefits, flexible scheduling, or paid training.
Service Area Map
Outline the general area where the caregiver may work.
For a client-specific opening, show the client’s general area without sharing their exact address. For a general posting, outline your service area, city, or county.
The Service Area Map is only a visual for candidates. It does not affect your geo-qualification settings or where the job appears in search results.
Click "Draw Service Area" and set map points that outline your service area. Once done, click "Turn Off Drawing".
Job Posting Zip Code
Enter the zip code for the city where you want the job to appear on Google for Jobs and Indeed.
For example, entering 90210 associates the job with Beverly Hills.
This zip code does not affect your Augusta geo-qualification rules.
Caregiver Photos and Testimonials
Upload authentic photos of your caregivers, team, or agency events and pair them with caregiver testimonials.
Real photos help candidates connect with your agency and understand what it may be like to work with your team.
Best practice: Use real photos instead of stock images whenever possible.
Job Post Description
Use Augusta’s job description template or create your own.
Clearly explain:
- The position
- Pay and benefits
- Schedule expectations
- Responsibilities
- Requirements
- Why someone should work for your agency
Keep the description clear, accurate, and easy to scan.
Theme
Choose the color theme used when the job appears on your website.
Franchise customers may already have an approved theme configured to match their corporate branding.
Job-Specific Indeed Source Tag
Add a short tag that identifies which Smart Post an Indeed applicant came from, as shown in your Augusta dashboard under the "Channel" column.
Examples:
- Overnight
- Weekend
- CNA
- North County
This helps your team:
- See which job an applicant applied to
- Personalize recruiter conversations
- Compare performance between jobs
-
Calculate advertising results
- For example, if you spend $500 sponsoring a job and receive 50 applicants, the cost per applicant is $10.
Publish Your Smart Post
Once the job is ready:
- Toggle on Enable Job Publishing.
- Click Create Smart Post.
The job will publish to your website and Google for Jobs. It will also publish to Indeed if your Indeed integration is connected.
