What Does the Augusta x Indeed Integration Do?

Augusta's Indeed integration is built around Augusta Smart Posts, allowing your agency to manage jobs from one central location while automatically publishing them to Indeed.

Once connected, Augusta can:

• Automatically publish your Smart Posts to Indeed
• Sync job updates made in Augusta to Indeed
• Send applicant disposition data back to Indeed to improve candidate matching
• Support Indeed's latest ATS integration features and platform updates
• Enable free Indeed job posting through Indeed's ATS integration
• Support either Augusta Apply or Indeed Apply
• Allow you to sponsor your Augusta Smart Posts directly through Indeed

This helps reduce duplicate work while ensuring your recruiting process stays aligned with Indeed's latest platform enhancements.

Before You Get Started

Before connecting your Indeed account, you must first complete your Augusta Smart Posts setup.

This includes:

• Creating your Augusta Smart Posts
• Updating your website's Careers page to display your Smart Posts

This is required because Indeed expects the jobs published through Augusta to match the jobs displayed on your website.

How to Connect Your Indeed Account

Inside your Augusta Dashboard:

1. Click Smart Posts
2. Select the Indeed Settings tab

Complete the following fields.

Career Site URL

• Enter the URL of your Careers page where your Augusta Smart Posts are displayed.

• This allows Indeed to verify that your jobs match the positions shown on your website.

Indeed Account Owner Email

• Enter the email address for the Owner of your Indeed Employer account.

• You can find this by visiting: https://account.indeed.com/o/users

• Copy the email address marked with the Owner star into Augusta.

Indeed Source Name

• Enter your organization's Indeed company name.

• You can find this by visiting: https://employers.indeed.com/employer-settings/organization

• Copy your Indeed organization name into Augusta.

Save Settings & Inform Augusta

After completing these fields, click Save Indeed Settings.

Then email hello@augusta.care.

Our team will verify your settings and confirm everything is correctly configured before enabling automatic publishing to Indeed.

Auto-Post Jobs to Indeed

Once your account has been verified, turn on: Auto-post jobs to Indeed

Your Augusta Smart Posts will now automatically publish to Indeed whenever you create or update jobs inside Augusta.

Choose Your Apply Method

Augusta supports two application experiences:

• Augusta Apply
• Indeed Apply

For most agencies, we recommend Augusta Apply.
