How to Sponsor Your Job

Step 1: Open Smart Posts

Log in to Augusta.
Navigate to Smart Posts.
Select the job you'd like to sponsor.

Step 2: Open the Job on Indeed

Scroll to the bottom of the job description and click Sponsor Job on Indeed.

Augusta will automatically open that job inside your Indeed Employer account.

Step 3: Choose Your Budget

Inside Indeed:

Click Upgrade Plan.
Select Switch to a Custom Budget.
Choose your preferred budget and duration.
Click Save and Continue.

Your sponsorship will begin once Indeed activates the campaign.

Can't Find Your Job on Indeed?

If you don't see your job immediately, don't worry.

First, verify the following:

Your Smart Post has been published.
Your Augusta account is connected to Indeed.
Your job has had enough time to sync with Indeed (typically within 24 hours).

If you still can't locate your job:

Check your Indeed Employer dashboard to ensure you're viewing the correct employer account.
Confirm the job hasn't been archived or closed.
