Can I search (filter) my Augusta dashboard?
Your Augusta dashboard has a search bar that enables you to filter your view on specific criteria. You can learn what data you can search inside your Augusta dashboard here.
How do I see the applicant's answer to my application?
Click their Augusta application profile in your dashboard, and a drop-down will appear showing all of their answers to your Augusta application.
I have multiple Augusta dashboards. How do I access my other accounts?

Click the profile icon in the top right corner of your Augusta dashboard -> select <Your Agencies> and click your desired Augusta dashboard.

I forgot my password to log in to the dashboard. What do I do?

Go to the Augusta log-in page and click <Forgot your password>. Enter your email address, and we will email you a password reset link.
- Note: Your email must match the one we have on file to be sent the password reset link.
What are my top 3 disqualification reasons on my account?
- Go to your Augusta dashboard's "Qualified/Further Review" tab, and you will see your account's qualification rate. Hover your cursor over this section, and you will see the top 3 reasons candidates are disqualified/further review in your Augusta account.
Why was a candidate screened as disqualified or for further review inside my Augusta dashboard?

How do I update an applicant's status?

Select the applicant's status -> a drop-down will appear -> select the status that best represents what portion of your recruitment/hiring funnel the candidate is currently in.
- Example: If a candidate showed up to their interview, mark them as "Interviewed"
How do I leave notes on an applicant's Augusta profile?

Select the applicant's status -> select <New note> and type in your desired notes to best track your conversations and learnings with an applicant.
- Note: There is a 250-character limit for each note. You can leave multiple notes; each note is dated and timestamped, and you can track which user left it. You can also edit previous notes if you need to make changes.
