You can search by name, email, or phone — but the real power comes from combining filters to find the right applicant, at the right time.
How the Search Bar Works
You can type keywords directly into the search bar to filter applicants based on:
- Location
- Status
- Experience
- Language
- Certifications
- Job preferences
- Source (channel)
You can also combine multiple terms in one search.
Common Use Cases
Here are a few ways you can use the search bar:
- Find a qualified applicant in a specific city or zip code
- Identify applicants you’ve already interviewed for a new client
- Search for applicants who speak a specific language
- Find applicants with a required certification (e.g., CNA, HHA, HCA)
- Revisit applicants in your Candidate Pool for new opportunities
- Track applicants from a specific hiring source (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
