Hiring caregivers is hard — and your time is limited.
That’s why the Augusta dashboard is organized into tabs that help you focus on the right candidates at the right time, so you can prioritize the highest likelihood hires.
Overview of Applicant Tabs
Each tab represents a stage in your hiring workflow.
Understanding how to use them will help you stay organized, move faster, and make better hiring decisions.
All Applicants
This tab includes every applicant in your Augusta dashboard.
Best practice:
You should rarely need to work from this tab.
If you find yourself regularly recruiting from “All Applicants,” it’s likely your screening criteria need adjustment.

Qualified / Further Review
This tab includes:
- Qualified applicants who have not yet booked an interview
- Applicants that need manual review
- Candidates who canceled or no-showed interviews
How to use this tab:
- Follow up with qualified candidates who haven’t booked
- Review “Further Review” applicants and decide next steps
- Decide whether to re-engage no-shows or canceled candidates
If you do not plan to move forward with certain candidates, you can mark them as:
- Not Qualified
- Rejected
Interviewing
This tab shows candidates with upcoming interviews.
👉 This should be where you spend most of your time.
Best practice:
Before the interview, reach out and determine:
- Can you hire them now?
- Can you hire them later?
- Are they not a fit?
This helps you:
- Reduce no-shows
- Move faster on strong candidates
- Avoid wasting interview time
Interviewed
This tab includes candidates who have already been interviewed and are moving through your hiring process.
Examples:
- Job offer sent
- Reference check
- Onboarding
How to use this tab:
- Follow up on outstanding candidates
- Keep your pipeline moving
- Avoid letting strong candidates stall
Candidate Pool
This tab is for candidates you cannot hire right now, but may be able to hire later.
Examples:
- Wants full-time, but you only have part-time
- Limited availability
- Not the right fit today, but could be in the future
Best practice:
- Do not reject candidates you may want later
- Use this as a future hiring pipeline
- Leave detailed notes so you remember why they were added
Hired
This tab includes candidates you have officially:
- Hired
- Onboarded
Best practice:
Keep this tab clean and accurate.
If a caregiver leaves or is terminated, update their status so your reporting remains accurate.
💡 Pro Tip
When updating a candidate’s status, Augusta will show you which dashboard tab that status belongs to.
This helps you understand how candidates move through your pipeline and keeps your workflow consistent.
