The way you showcase and represent your agency directly impacts a candidate’s willingness to apply. Make a great first impression with Augusta Smart Posts by displaying your job openings on your website, Indeed, and Google Jobs.
Each Augusta Smart Post gives candidates insight into your agency—allowing them to explore your service area, connect with your team through real caregiver photos, and read testimonials from your existing caregivers, helping your agency stand out.
How to create a Smart Post
Go to your Augusta Dashboard and click the Smart Posts tab.
Click New Smart Post to begin creating your job post.
Start creating your job posting with our tips below:
- Job Post Title: Choose a title that is keyword-friendly for search visibility.
- Job Highlights: These benefits are populated from your Augusta header image. You can update them by following this tutorial.
-
Service Area Map: Outline the service area where the caregiver will work. Each Smart Post can have its own unique map, allowing you to tailor service area details to match the job’s specific location.
- Note: This does not affect your account’s geo-qualification criteria.
- Service Area Center Zip Code: Enter the zip code where the job is based. This helps ensure your post appears in relevant search results on Indeed, making it easier for candidates in that area to discover and apply to your job.
- Caregiver Photos: Upload smiling photos of your current employees to give candidates a personal look at your team.
- Caregiver Testimonials: Let your current caregivers share their experiences with your agency.
- Job Post Description: Use our SEO optimized job post template or create your own.
- Theme: Browse through our templated color schemes and choose the one that fits your style.
Once you're done, toggle on Enable Job Publishing, then select Create Smart Post.
You can also duplicate existing Smart Posts to save time when creating new jobs.
Just remember: if you’re posting to Indeed, you’ll need to change the job title or location to avoid duplicative postings. Learn more about Indeed’s job posting policies here.
