For customers that have Augusta integrated with their ApplicantStack account, we auto-update applicant statuses/stages in ApplicantStack once you update their status in your Augusta dashboard (Learn more about the integration here).
Some ApplicantStack accounts may have pre-built email workflows that are triggered once you move an applicant to a certain stage in ApplicantStack. To verify & turn OFF any unwanted email triggers in your ApplicantStack account, read the below article.
Go to your ApplicantStack account & Click <Update settings>
Click <Configure>
Under the "Application Configuration" section, click <Application workflow>
Click <Edit> on your desired workflow
Find the desired stage you would like to edit & click <Edit workflow stage>
In the message settings section, unselect the message template you no longer want to have triggered. Once done, the <Message Template> field should be empty.
Click save & you are good to go
