This helps centralize your recruiting efforts inside Augusta while ensuring new applicants are automatically added to your CareerPlug hiring pipeline.

What Does the CareerPlug Integration Do?

Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your CareerPlug account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.

The following applicant information is sent to CareerPlug:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Applicant Source
• Augusta application responses

How to Set Up the CareerPlug Integration

To connect your CareerPlug account with Augusta, you'll need to send us your:

• Application Key
• Secret Key
• Job ID

Step 1: Enable API Applications

1. Log in to your CareerPlug account.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
3. Verify that API Applications is available.

If you do not see API Applications, email support@careerplug.com using the template below.

Subject: Enable API Applications

Hi,

We have developers building an integration using your API and need access to the API Applications feature in our account.

Could you please enable this feature so we can generate our authentication credentials? We won't need integration assistance—we're simply looking to access the API functionality available within our account.

Once API Applications has been enabled, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Create an API Application

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → API Applications.
2. Click Add New Application.
   • 
3. Click the <?> icon next to Native Redirect URI.
   • 
4. Copy the Redirect URI that appears.
   • 
5. Paste that value into the Redirect URI field.
   • 
6. Click Create Application.

Step 3: Copy Your Credentials

Open the API Application you just created.

Select Credentials, then copy your:

• Application Key
• Secret Key

Step 4: Copy Your Job ID

1. Go to Jobs.
2. Open the job you'd like Augusta applicants added to.
3. Copy the Job ID.

Step 5: Send Your Integration Details to Augusta

Email the following information to hello@augusta.care:

• Application Key
• Secret Key
• Job ID

Our team will complete the integration and let you know once it's ready.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration has been configured, applicants who apply through your Augusta application will automatically be added to your CareerPlug account under the selected job, helping reduce manual data entry while keeping your recruiting workflow centralized.
