This helps centralize your recruiting efforts inside Augusta while ensuring new applicants are automatically added to your BambooHR hiring pipeline.

What Does the BambooHR Integration Do?

Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your BambooHR account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.

The following applicant information is sent to BambooHR:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• City
• Zip Code

You can choose whether Augusta sends:

• All applicants
• Qualified and Needs Further Review applicants only

How to Set Up the BambooHR Integration

To connect your BambooHR account with Augusta, you'll need to send us your:

• API Key
• BambooHR Subdomain
• Job URL (or Job ID)

Step 1: Create an API Key

1. Log in to your BambooHR account.
2. Click your Profile or My Account.
   • 
3. Select API Keys.
4. Click New API Key.
   • 
5. Title the API Key "Augusta" & click Create Key.
   • 
6. Copy the API Key. Make sure to store this API Key in a safe place; you will NOT be able to copy it again from BambooHR once closed.

Step 2: Copy Your BambooHR Subdomain

1. Go to your BambooHR home page.
2. Copy the URL from your browser.
   • Example: https://yourcompany.bamboohr.com
   • 
3. Save this URL to send to Augusta.

Step 3: Copy Your Job URL

1. Click Hiring from the left navigation menu.
2. Open the job you'd like Augusta applicants added to.

4. Save this URL to send to Augusta.

Step 4: Send Your Integration Details to Augusta

Email the following information to hello@augusta.care:

• API Key
• BambooHR Home Page URL
• Job URL

Our team will complete the integration and let you know once it's ready.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration has been configured, applicants who apply through your Augusta application will automatically be added to your BambooHR account under the job you selected, helping reduce manual data entry while keeping your recruiting workflow centralized.
