Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your Apploi account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.
The following applicant information is sent to Apploi:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Applicant Source
How to Set Up the Apploi Integration
To connect your Apploi account with Augusta, you'll first need to request your API Key from the Apploi Support team.
Step 1: Request Your API Key

Can you please send us our account's API Key? We're setting up the Augusta integration and need the API Key to automatically add new applicants into our Apploi hiring pipeline. This will help us build more complex workflows with our existing systems.

Step 2: Send Your API Key to Augusta
Apploi will send your API Key through a secure 1Password link to your account owner's email address.
Once you receive it:
- Open the 1Password link.
- Copy your API Key.
- Email the API Key to hello@augusta.care.
Our team will complete the integration and let you know once it's ready.
What Happens Next?
Once your integration has been configured, applicants who apply through your Augusta application will automatically be added to your Apploi account, helping keep your recruiting workflow centralized while reducing manual data entry.
