The Augusta x JazzHR integration automatically adds applicants who apply through your Augusta application into your JazzHR account.

This helps centralize your recruiting efforts inside Augusta while ensuring new applicants are automatically added to your JazzHR hiring pipeline.

What Does the JazzHR Integration Do?

Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your JazzHR account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.

The following applicant information is sent to JazzHR:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Applicant Source
• Augusta application responses

How to Set Up the JazzHR Integration

To connect your JazzHR account with Augusta, you'll need to send us your:

• API Key
• Job ID

Note: You must be an administrator or have the appropriate permissions within your JazzHR account to complete these steps.

Step 1: Copy Your API Key

1. Log in to your JazzHR account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Integrations.
4. Locate the API Key section.
5. Copy your API Key.

Step 2: Find Your Job ID

1. Log in to your JazzHR account.
2. Click the Jobs tab.
3. Open the job you'd like Augusta applicants added to.
4. Click Edit Job.

5. Scroll to the Sensitive Data section.
   • 
6. Copy the Job ID.

Step 3: Send Your Integration Details to Augusta

Email the following information to hello@augusta.care:

• API Key
• Job ID

Our team will complete the integration and let you know once it's ready.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration has been configured, applicants who apply through your Augusta application will automatically be added to your JazzHR account under the selected job, helping reduce manual data entry while keeping your recruiting workflow centralized.

Once your integration is complete, we recommend the following additional setup steps to help maximize applicant conversions.

Turn Off Indeed Apply on JazzHR Job Posts

If you're syndicating jobs to Indeed through JazzHR, we recommend disabling Indeed Apply so applicants are directed to your Augusta application instead. This allows applicants to complete your Augusta application, move through your hiring workflow, and book interviews automatically (if enabled).

Add Your Augusta Application URL to Your Job Descriptions

We also recommend adding your Augusta application link to the top and bottom of each JazzHR job description. This provides applicants with another path to apply through Augusta, helping keep your recruiting efforts centralized.
