For customers with an Augusta x ApplicantStack integration where we are unable to add applicants into your ATS due to required fields on your AppStack account. This tutorial walks you through how to remove any required fields in your AppStack account so we can complete this integration.
- Go to your ApplicantStack account
- Select the "Jobs" tab
- Click <Configure> on the right-hand side
- Select <Candidate Fields>
- Find <Source> and click "Edit."
- Then mark this field as "Not required."
Note:
-For you to complete the above steps, you need to be an Admin on your ApplicantStack account.
-Augusta will send you the fields you need to make not required in your candidate fields.
