What Does the Homecare Pro Integration Do?

What Information Is Sent to Homecare Pro?
When an applicant is sent to Homecare Pro, Augusta transfers the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Augusta application responses
- Applicant notes
- Post-interview notes
This gives your onboarding team the information they need without manually re-entering applicant details.
How to Set Up the Homecare Pro Integration
Getting started is easy.
Simply email hello@augusta.care and let us know you'd like to connect your Augusta account with Homecare Pro.
Our team will work directly with the Homecare Pro team to configure the integration for your account.
During setup, we'll also ask how you'd like applicants sent to Homecare Pro.
You can choose to:
- Automatically send applicants as they apply (Qualified, Further Review, or both).
- Manually send applicants from Augusta on a case-by-case basis.
Augusta Recommendation: Most agencies choose to manually send applicants to Homecare Pro after deciding to move forward with hiring them. Since Homecare Pro is typically used during onboarding, this helps keep your onboarding workflow focused on applicants who are ready to begin the hiring process.
How to Send an Applicant to Homecare Pro
If you're using manual transfers:
- Open the applicant's profile in Augusta.
- Click Send to External System.
- Select Homecare Pro.
The applicant's information will immediately be sent to Homecare Pro, allowing your onboarding team to begin the onboarding process without manually re-entering applicant information.
Automatic Status Updates
Once an applicant completes onboarding or is marked as Hired inside Homecare Pro, their status is automatically updated to Onboarded in Augusta.
This helps keep both systems synchronized without requiring duplicate status updates.
