This helps centralize your recruiting efforts inside Augusta while ensuring new applicants are automatically added to your AxisCare hiring pipeline.

What Does the AxisCare Integration Do?
Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your AxisCare account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.
The following applicant information is sent to AxisCare:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Phone Number
- Email Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
How to Set Up the AxisCare Integration
To connect your AxisCare account with Augusta, you'll need an AxisCare administrator account, an API Token, and your AxisCare subdomain.
Step 1: Create Your AxisCare API Token
- Log in to your AxisCare account as an administrator.
- Go to Admin → API Token.

Click Create New Token.

Configure the token with the following permissions:
- Applicants: Read & Add
- Caregivers: Read
- Set the expiration date to No Expiration (or a very long duration).
- Save the API Token.
Step 2: Find Your AxisCare Subdomain
Your subdomain is the numeric portion of your AxisCare login URL.
Example
If your login URL is:
https://13919.axiscare.com
Your subdomain is:
13919
Step 3: Send Your Integration Details to Augusta
Email the following information to hello@augusta.care:
- Your AxisCare API Token
- Your AxisCare Subdomain
Our team will complete the integration and notify you once it's ready.
Don't See the API Token Option?
If you do not see Admin → API Token, the feature has likely not been enabled for your AxisCare account.
Please contact AxisCare Support and ask them to:
"Enable the API Token page for our account."
