ApplicantStack is one of Augusta's deepest Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrations.
Once connected, Augusta automatically adds applicants to ApplicantStack and keeps both systems synchronized as your recruiters process applicants inside Augusta. This helps eliminate duplicate work while keeping your ApplicantStack account up to date.

What Does the ApplicantStack Integration Do?
Once connected, Augusta will automatically:
- Create new applicants in ApplicantStack.
- Update supported applicant statuses as recruiters process applicants in Augusta.
- Send applicant information into ApplicantStack.
- Sync disqualification reasons with ApplicantStack's Deactivation Reasons.
Recommended workflow: Recruiters should process applicants inside Augusta while the integration keeps ApplicantStack updated automatically in the background.
Applicant Statuses When First Added
When an applicant submits an Augusta application:
- Qualified applicants are added to ApplicantStack as Application Complete.
- Needs Further Review applicants are added as Application Complete.
- Not Qualified applicants are added as Do Not Pursue.
Optional Configuration: By default, Augusta adds Not Qualified applicants to ApplicantStack as Do Not Pursue. If you'd prefer a different workflow, we can also configure your account to:
Add Not Qualified applicants as Application Complete
- Not add Not Qualified applicants to ApplicantStack at all
To request either option, please email hello@augusta.care.
Applicant Information Sent to ApplicantStack
Augusta sends the following information when creating applicants:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Applicant Source
- Applicant Status
- Deactivation Reason
Automatic Applicant Status Updates
After an applicant has been added to ApplicantStack, Augusta can automatically update supported ApplicantStack statuses whenever your recruiters update an applicant's status inside Augusta.
How it works:
- Update an applicant's status in Augusta.
- Augusta waits approximately one minute before syncing to allow for last-minute changes.
- If a matching ApplicantStack stage exists, Augusta automatically updates the applicant.
- If no supported mapping exists, ApplicantStack is not updated.
Your Augusta dashboard will display a confirmation whenever a status update is being sent to ApplicantStack.
Optional Setting: If you'd prefer Augusta not to update ApplicantStack statuses automatically, email hello@augusta.care to disable this feature.
