Track Where Applicants Come From with Custom Application Links
Augusta allows you to create custom application links so you can track exactly where your applicants are coming from.
Every applicant who applies through one of these links will automatically have their source recorded in the Channel field of their Augusta profile.
This gives your agency valuable insight into which recruiting efforts are generating applicants—helping you invest more in what works and less in what doesn't.

Option 1: Use Augusta's Pre-Built Tracking Links
Augusta already includes tracking links for many common recruiting sources.
To copy one:
- Go to your Augusta Dashboard.
- Click Copy Application Link.
- Select the recruiting source.
- Copy the link.
- Share it wherever you're recruiting.
Every applicant who applies through that link will automatically be tagged with that recruiting source.
Option 2: Create Your Own Custom Tracking Links
Want to track a recruiting source unique to your agency?
You can easily create your own.
- Go to your Augusta Dashboard.
- Click Copy Application Link.

Copy your Website application link.
- Paste the link in your browser & replace the "website" keyword with your own custom source
Example:
https://jobs.augusta.care/apply/YOUR-AGENCY?channel_source=Website
Replace Website with your own custom source.
Example:
https://jobs.augusta.care/apply/YOUR-AGENCY?channel_source=Caregiver_Sam
Now every applicant using that link will appear inside Augusta with the Channel: Caregiver_Sam

Almost anywhere you can share a link, you can track your recruiting results.

Employee Referral Programs
Give each employee their own application link.
Examples:
- Caregiver_Sam
- Caregiver_Amanda
- Office_Mary
When an applicant applies, you'll know exactly which employee referred them—making referral bonus programs easy to manage.
Community Recruiting Partners
Create tracking links for organizations that help promote your agency.
Examples:
- Hospital

Instead, apply on their behalf using a dedicated tracking link such as:

Tips
- Use underscores (_) instead of spaces.
- Give every recruiting source its own tracking link.

Where to View Applicant Sources
After an applicant applies, their recruiting source will automatically appear in the Channel field of their Augusta profile.
