How Does It Work?
It’s super simple - no approvals, no tech headaches. Just get those applicant lead emails to us by either:
- Add us as an email recipient for applicant lead emails from Corporate, or
- Manually sending your Smart Application link directly to the applicant via email.
Once we receive the lead
- We geo-qualify the applicant to make sure they're in your service area.
- We check for duplicates so you don't get the same lead twice.
- If the applicant is qualified and not a duplicate, we automatically send them an email and text message inviting them to complete a Smart Application in a few minutes.
- When they complete it, they will appear in your Augusta dashboard, with the channel that starts with '
email'✨
This means your recruiters can focus their energy on real, high-quality applicants, not sorting through leads that don’t go anywhere. 💪
How to Set It Up
Each Augusta Smart Application has a unique email address. Here's how to find it:
- Go to the Copy Application Link button on the upper right of your Augusta account.
- Take the part of the link after /apply/ and before ? (ignore the rest). That’s your unique email identifier! Just add @product.augusta.care to it.

Choose One:
- Preferred: Send a support ticket via https://seniorshelpingseniors.com/support-ticket/ to send lead emails directly to your @product.augusta.care email address to redirect Facebook RAF Caregiver ad leads.

DIY: Prefer to handle it yourself? No problem! You can send your Smart Application link directly to the applicant via email.
- To find your application URL, log in to your Augusta dashboard and click Copy Application Link in the top right corner. To track where the applicant came from, you can specify the channel source by following these instructions.

What If I Have Multiple Instances?

Multiple Locations: Ideally, each location should use its own Augusta email address. But if that doesn’t happen, no worries - we will reroute the applicant to the closest matching location as long as the job role is the same.
- Example: A Nurse applicant will only be rerouted to another nursing instance, not to a caregiver instance.

Multiple Roles: Make sure each job role (like CNA, caregiver, RN) forwards to the correct Augusta email. If leads go to the wrong email, we can't process them properly.
- Tip: Corporate emails usually use different subject lines per job role, so you can set up auto-forwarding rules based on keywords.
