If your Indeed job shows 0 applicants, but you're seeing applicants in Augusta, don't worry—this is often expected.
Whether Indeed displays completed applications depends on which apply method you're using.

Why This Happens
Indeed can only report completed applications that are submitted through Indeed.
If candidates leave Indeed and complete their application somewhere else—such as your Augusta Smart Posts careers page—Indeed no longer counts that as a completed application, even though the applicant successfully applied.
If You're Using Indeed Apply
If your Augusta Smart Posts are using Indeed Apply, candidates complete their application directly on Indeed.
In this scenario, Indeed can report completed applications because applicants never leave the Indeed platform.
If You're Using Augusta Apply
If your Augusta Smart Posts are using Augusta Apply, candidates click Apply on Indeed and are redirected to your Augusta Smart Posts careers page to complete their application.
Because the application is completed outside of Indeed, Indeed may display 0 completed applications, even though applicants are successfully applying through Augusta.
This is expected behavior.
Rest assured that Augusta continues sending applicant disposition data back to Indeed through our Jobs API integration to support Indeed's candidate matching, regardless of which apply method you use.

How Can I Measure My Results?
If you're using Augusta Smart Post Apply, there are several ways to measure your recruiting performance.
Review Your Augusta Reports
The easiest way is to review your applicant and hiring reports inside Augusta.
You can filter by date range and recruiting source to see how many applicants, interviews, and hires came from Indeed.

Request an Applicant Report
If you need the number of applicants from a specific Indeed job or reporting period, our Support team can generate a report for you.
Simply email hello@augusta.care with the reporting period you'd like reviewed.
Working with an Indeed Representative?
If you're working directly with an Indeed Account Executive or Partner Manager, they can often work with their internal teams to review completed application data associated with your Indeed jobs.
Posting Directly to Indeed?
If you're posting directly on Indeed and using an Augusta application URL instead of Augusta's Indeed integration, the same behavior applies.
Because candidates complete their application outside of Indeed, Indeed may not display completed application totals, even though applicants are successfully applying through Augusta.
In Summary
Seeing 0 applicants on Indeed does not necessarily mean your job isn't receiving applications.
If you're using Indeed Apply, Indeed can report completed applications because candidates apply directly on Indeed.
If you're using Augusta Apply (or posting directly to Indeed with an Augusta application link), candidates complete their application outside of Indeed, so completed applications may not appear in Indeed's reporting—even though applicants are successfully applying through Augusta.
The best place to measure your recruiting performance is within your Augusta reports, where you can track applicants, interviews, and hires by recruiting source.
