What is the Augusta x Paradox integration?

• Augusta Integrates with Paradox to ensure your applicants & recruiters have a seamless application experience. 
• When an applicant applies through your Augusta URL, they will be automatically placed into your Paradox account. Removing the manual steps of your recruiting having to add the applicant into Paradox. We input the following data fields into the candidates' Paradox profile:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email 
  • Phone number 
  • The candidates' Augusta application answers

For Augusta to set up an integration with your Paradox account. We would need the following from your Paradox account.

• Account ID
• Secret Key
• Enabling the view to see added applicants via API

Note: To gather the information we need, you need to be an Admin/user on your Paradox account. 

How to collect the above account information from Paradox

• To gather your Account ID, Secret Key, & Enable a view of added applicants from Paradox, you would need to reach out to your Paradox Customer Success manager: info@paradox.ai with the following email:
  • "Hi <Name>, we have developers developing an integration using your Paradox API. I'd like to have our account ID and the secret key of the user <your paradox user email> in our account. Also, enable the ability for us to see the candidates added via API. Thank you."
• Once they email over the information. Simply forward it over to Augusta.
