This helps centralize your recruiting efforts inside Augusta while ensuring new applicants are automatically added to your Hireology hiring pipeline.

What Does the Hireology Integration Do?

Once connected, Augusta automatically creates new applicants in your Hireology account whenever someone applies through your Augusta application.

The following applicant information is sent to Hireology:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Applicant Source
• Augusta application responses

How to Set Up the Hireology Integration

To connect your Hireology account with Augusta, you'll need to send us your:

• Private Key
• Job ID (Optional)

Note: You must be an administrator or have the appropriate permissions within your Hireology account to complete these steps.

Step 1: Request Your Private Key

Our developers are building an integration using your API. Could you please provide our account's Private Key?

Thank you!

Once you receive your Private Key, save it to send to Augusta.

Step 2: (Optional) Find Your Job ID

Providing a Job ID allows Augusta to automatically place applicants into a specific job within your Hireology account.

If you do not provide a Job ID, applicants will still be added to Hireology, but they will not be assigned to a specific job.

To find your Job ID:

1. Log in to your Hireology account.
2. Click Jobs.

3. Open the job you'd like Augusta applicants added to.
4. Copy the Job ID from the URL.

Your Job ID is: 1060784

Note: If you do not provide a Job ID, applicants will still be added to Hireology, but they will not be assigned to a specific job.

Step 3: Send Your Integration Details to Augusta

Email the following information to hello@augusta.care:

• Private Key
• Job ID (Optional)

Our team will complete the integration and let you know once it's ready.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration has been configured, applicants who apply through your Augusta application will automatically be added to your Hireology account, helping reduce manual data entry while keeping your recruiting workflow centralized.
