What Is the Augusta x AxisCare Integration?
Augusta integrates with AxisCare to automatically add applicants into your AxisCare account.
When an applicant applies through your Augusta application, we can send the following information into an applicant profile in AxisCare:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- City, state, and zip code
This helps streamline your recruiting workflow and makes it easier to continue processing applicants inside AxisCare.
What You Need Before Starting
To set up the integration, you will need:
- An AxisCare admin account
- Your AxisCare API Token
- Your AxisCare subdomain
Example:
If your login URL is:https://13919.axiscare.com
Your subdomain would be:13919
How to Create Your AxisCare API Token
- Log into your AxisCare account as an admin
- Go to Admin → API Token
- Click Create New Token

Under Applicants, enable:
- Read
- Add

Under Caregivers, enable:
- Read
- Set the expiration date to No Expiration or a very long duration
- Save the token

Send Augusta Your Integration Details
Once your token is created, email the following to hello@augusta.care:
- Your AxisCare API Token
- Your AxisCare subdomain
Don’t See the API Token Option?
If you do not see Admin → API Token in AxisCare, the feature may not be enabled on your account.
Please contact AxisCare Support and ask them to:
“Enable the API Token page for our account.”
