Hiring caregivers is all about speed and connection—and sometimes, assigning one interviewer as your go-to can make all the difference.
You can choose one interviewer to be the priority🥇️. That means they'll be assigned interviews first when you're using round-robin scheduling. Here's how to make it happen:
Note: This feature is only available for accounts with two or more interviewer seats.
If you're not sure how many interviewer seats you have, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to check for you!
🔧 How to Assign Interviewer Priority
Step 1: On your Augusta Dashboard, select the Profile icon on the upper right. Choose Manage Users
Step 2: Under First Priority Interview, the default is equal distribution. You can select the dropdown to assign the priority to a specific Interviewer.
Don’t want to prioritize anyone? No problem—just leave it set to “No priority (equal distribution).”
🤔 Why Use First Priority?
A common reason agencies assign priority is when one interviewer works full-time and the other is more of a back-up. This ensures the bulk of interviews go to the main point of contact—keeping things consistent and moving fast.
