📲 Intro Call - We'll kick things off with a quick 15-minute Zoom call to:
- Meet your new interviewer
- Review your current interview setup
- Curate a transition plan
- Schedule a Kick-off call
✅ Kick-off Call - We’ll dive deeper into your current workflows and account settings. This is an opportunity for your new recruiter to get fully up to speed with what’s working (and where we can improve). We will close this call by scheduling your new recruiter on a Strategy call and a 15-day check-in call with our team.
🏠 Strategy Call - One of the most effective ways to hit the ground running is by attending one of our daily live group strategy sessions, led by our co-founder, Sam. Going over the best practices to process candidates in Augusta to achieve your hiring goals consistently.
- Note: Your new recruiter's attendance in this strategy call is crucial to your account's success. Customers who attend these strategy calls within the first week of using Augusta consistently get better results - they launch faster, see stronger applicants, and make hires much sooner.
⏳ 15-Day Check-in - In this call, we will go over your account to identify what is running smoothly, where we can better support, and provide an opportunity for your team to ask questions. At the end of this call, if you feel you need another follow-up, let our team know, and we can schedule another check-in.
