LinkedIn can be another place to advertise your caregiver openings and direct applicants into Augusta.
While LinkedIn is generally more popular for professional and salaried positions than hourly caregiving roles, every recruiting channel has the potential to generate qualified applicants. The more places your jobs are visible, the more opportunities candidates have to discover your agency.
When posting jobs on LinkedIn, we recommend directing applicants to your Augusta application so every candidate is processed through the same hiring workflow.

You have two options:
Option 1: Augusta Application Link (Recommended) Learn how to get your Augusta Application URL here.
Send applicants directly to your Augusta Smart Application.
This is the best option when you're advertising a specific position and want applicants to begin applying immediately.
Option 2: Careers Page
Send applicants to your website's Careers page where your Augusta Smart Posts are displayed.
This is a great option if you have multiple openings and want candidates to browse available positions before applying.
Best Practices
- Keep your LinkedIn job details consistent with your Augusta Smart Post.
- Use the same job title, location, and pay information across both platforms.
- Regularly review your Augusta dashboard for new LinkedIn applicants.
- Continue posting jobs across multiple recruiting channels. While LinkedIn may not be a primary source of caregiver applicants, every additional channel increases your agency's online visibility and creates more opportunities for candidates to discover your openings.
