Prepare your Monster.com account
If you are an employer who is using Monster.com to recruit caregivers and want to direct applicants to apply through your Augusta application, you first need to reach out to Monster.com support for this feature to be turned ON inside your account.
Below is the request script you need to submit to Monster.com support to get this feature enabled. You need to submit this request here.
"Hello,
I would like to enable the "Custom Apply" option for my Monster.com account. Allowing me to direct candidates to my own application method. Please advise as to when this has been turned on. Thank you. "
Place your Augusta URL on your Monster.com job postings
- Go to your Monster.com account
- Start creating/editing your job postings
- Go to the "Job Settings" section

Under the "Where will candidates apply?" section, select <On My Website>
- Then, insert your Augusta application URL as the apply method link
