When posting jobs on ZipRecruiter, we recommend directing applicants to your Augusta Application URL so every candidate follows the same hiring process inside Augusta.

Before You Begin

Some ZipRecruiter subscription plans do not include the ability to use an external application URL.

If you do not see the option to use a Custom Apply URL, contact your ZipRecruiter Account Representative or ZipRecruiter Support and ask them to enable external application URLs for your account.

Once enabled, you can direct applicants straight to your Augusta Smart Application.

Why Use ZipRecruiter with Augusta?

Using your Augusta Application URL allows every ZipRecruiter applicant to:

• Complete your Augusta Smart Application.
• Be automatically qualified using your Qualification Criteria.
• Enter your hiring workflow.
• Schedule meetings automatically (if enabled).
• Appear in your Augusta reporting alongside applicants from your other recruiting sources.

Keeping every applicant inside Augusta gives your recruiters one consistent hiring workflow regardless of where candidates discover your jobs.

Copy Your Augusta Application URL

Before updating your ZipRecruiter job posting, copy your Augusta Application URL.

1. Log in to your Augusta Dashboard.
2. Click Copy Application URL in the upper-right corner.
3. Under I'll be using this link for, select ZipRecruiter.
4. Click Copy Link.

Add Your Augusta Application URL to ZipRecruiter

1. Sign in to your ZipRecruiter account.
2. From the left navigation menu, click Jobs.

3. Locate the job posting you would like to update. (Note: If you are creating a job from scratch, jump to step 6)

4. Hover over Manage beneath the job title.
5. Select Edit Details.
6. Scroll to the Send New Candidates To: section.
7. Select A Custom Apply URL.
   • 
8. Paste your Augusta Application URL into the field provided.
9. Click Save Changes.

Your ZipRecruiter applicants will now be directed to your Augusta Smart Application instead of applying directly through ZipRecruiter.

• Keep your job title, location, pay, and job description consistent between ZipRecruiter and Augusta.
• Review your Augusta dashboard regularly for new applicants.
