- Select your ad goal, which would be "Website clicks" & paste your Augusta application URL in the website URL section.

- Choose the location where you want to show your Yelp ad
- Yelp uses your office address as the location radius center point. Simply adjust your reach by altering the number of miles you want to reach from your office address.

- Set your ad budget
- Select how much you want to spend per day on your ad
- Note: You get charged only when your ads are clicked. So Yelp optimizes pay-per-click ads.

- Go to Ad Settings & find the "Ad Photo" column
- Click <Upload photo> & upload a captivating photo to catch viewers' eyes.
- We suggest adding a photo of your caregiver team or office staff. Having a more friendly, approachable, and contextual photo will help entice potential applicants to click your job post.
