So, you have recently placed your Augusta application URL on your Indeed job posts & you now want to look at your job performance or sponsorship performance and you see that Indeed is saying you have received "0 Applicants".
Below is an example of this scenario, we have 2 job posts on Indeed. One with the Augusta application and one without.
- The first job post allows applicants to apply through Indeed (Not through their Augusta application).
- The second job post directs applicants to apply on the Augusta application. (Not through Indeed apply)
After seeing this, you may be wondering... am I getting any applicants?
The short answer is yes! Here are a few things to be aware of:
- When you use your Augusta application on Indeed, you are no longer having applicants apply through Indeed. Applicants are being directed to apply through your Augusta application.
- Thus, Indeed is unable to track # of applicants.
- The metric Indeed can track with your Augusta application URL is "Clicks" on your Indeed <apply> button.
- If you want instant reassurance that applicants are applying through your Indeed job posts with your Augusta application. Simply open your Augusta dashboard and look at the most recent applicants & which channel they applied through.
- This can confirm you are getting applicants through your Augusta application.
- If you are wanting to track your "cost per application submitted" on your Indeed job posts using your Augusta application URL. This can be done by taking your "amount spent" on Indeed & dividing it by the number of completed applications in your Augusta dashboard within your desired reporting time period.
- Note: We send all of our customers monthly reports covering the # of applicants applying through your Augusta application. You can use this report to gather your true number of applications submitted.
