Augusta QR codes make it easy to recruit caregivers in person while tracking exactly where your applicants come from.
Add a QR code to flyers, job posters, business cards, hiring events, or community bulletin boards. When someone scans the code, they'll be taken directly to your Augusta application, and Augusta will automatically track the source you assigned to that QR code.

Create an Augusta QR Code
- In your Augusta dashboard, click Copy Application Link.
- Select QR Code / In Person.
- Name your recruiting source (see below)
- Download or copy your QR code.
Name Your Recruiting Source
Before using your QR code, click Edit and give it a channel source name.
This helps Augusta track where applicants came from.
For example:
- Senior Center QR
- Community Job Fair
- Church Bulletin
- CNA School
- Office Poster
Using clear source names makes it easy to see which locations or recruiting efforts are generating applicants.
Where Can I Use QR Codes?
Augusta QR codes can be added to almost any in-person recruiting material, including:
- Community job posters
- Flyers
- Business cards
- Hiring event materials
- Referral cards
- Community bulletin boards
Each QR code directs applicants to your Augusta application while tracking the recruiting source.
Best Practice
Instead of using one QR code everywhere, create a different QR code for each recruiting campaign or location you want to measure.
For example, you might create separate QR codes for:
- A senior center
- A community job fair
- A caregiver referral campaign
- A college recruiting event
This makes it easy to identify which recruiting efforts are producing the most applicants.
