Sponsoring a job can increase visibility, get more eyes on your listing, and help you find quality caregivers faster. If you're in a competitive market or need to fill a role ASAP, this is a great way to stand out.
What are the steps to sponsor a job on Indeed?
Step 1: Head to the Smart Post Tab
Log in to your Augusta account and head over to the Smart Post tab. This is your command center for job listings—everything you publish here feeds out to your website, Google for Jobs, and Indeed.
Step 2: Select the title of the job you'd like to sponsor.
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the description of the job. Select "Sponsor job on Indeed"
You will be redirected to this job post on your Indeed account.
Step 4: Once you're on Indeed, select Upgrade Plan
- Select “Switch to a custom budget”
- Choose your desired amount and duration (e.g. until budget runs out, or for a specific time period)
Then click Save and Continue to activate your sponsorship.
Quick Tips & Troubleshooting
- Job not showing on Indeed? It may take 24–48 hours after posting for it to appear.
- Can't find the job on your Indeed Jobs page? Double-check that your Augusta account is properly linked to Indeed.
