What Does the WellSky Integration Do?
Once connected, Augusta automatically adds applicants into the Applicants section of your WellSky account.
This helps reduce manual data entry while allowing your recruiting team to continue managing applicants in Augusta throughout the hiring process.
What Information Is Sent to WellSky?
When an applicant is sent to WellSky, Augusta transfers the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
Applicants are also assigned to the appropriate WellSky location when configured during setup.
How to Set Up the WellSky Integration
Getting started is easy.
Simply email hello@augusta.care and let us know you'd like to connect your Augusta account with WellSky.
Our team will work with you to complete the integration.
During setup, we'll ask you to:
- Add product@augusta.care as a user in your WellSky account.
- Provide the URL you use to access your WellSky account.
- Let us know if your WellSky account contains multiple office locations.
We'll also ask how you'd like applicants sent to WellSky.
You can choose to:
- Automatically send all applicants
- Automatically send only Qualified and Further Review applicants
- Manually send applicants from Augusta on a case-by-case basis
Augusta Recommendation: Most agencies choose to manually send applicants to WellSky after deciding to move forward with hiring them. This helps keep your WellSky applicant list focused on candidates your team intends to continue processing.
How to Send an Applicant to WellSky
If you're using manual transfers:
- Open the applicant's profile in Augusta.
- Click Send to External System.
- Select WellSky.
The applicant's information will immediately be transferred into your WellSky account, eliminating the need to manually create the applicant.
What Happens Next?
Once your integration has been configured, Augusta will automatically or manually send applicants to WellSky based on the workflow your agency selected during setup.
Your recruiters can continue managing applicants inside Augusta while reducing duplicate data entry in WellSky.
