🚀 Step-by-Step: Send the Application
1. Find the Candidate in ApplicantStack
- Log into ApplicantStack
- Go to your active candidates
- Select the candidate
2. Send the Application Link
- Open the candidate’s profile
- Click Send Email or Send Text
- Use a template (or create one) that includes your official Home Instead application link
- Send it to the candidate
3. Have Them Complete It Immediately
- Ask the candidate to complete the application while they are with you (or right after the call/interview)
- Confirm submission before moving forward

- Compliance: Ensures all required Home Instead documentation is completed
