The Augusta x Zapier integration allows you to send applicant data from Augusta into thousands of other applications using Zapier.

This is a great option if you'd like to:

What Does the Zapier Integration Do?

From there, Zapier can automatically send applicant data to thousands of other applications or trigger custom workflows based on your recruiting process.

• Sending Slack or Microsoft Teams notifications

How to Set Up the Zapier Integration

Step 1: Create a New Zap

1. Log in to your Zapier account.
2. Click Create.
3. Select New Zap.

Step 2: Configure Your Trigger

1. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as your Trigger.
   • 
2. Select Catch Hook as the Event.
   • 
3. Click Continue.
4. Skip the configure section and bypass the "Pick off a Child Key" 

Step 3: Copy Your Webhook URL

1. Zapier will generate a unique Webhook URL for your account.

2. Copy this URL.

Step 4: Send Your Webhook URL to Augusta

1. Email your Webhook URL to hello@augusta.care.

2. Our team will connect your Augusta account and notify you once your Zapier integration is active.

3. Once connected, Augusta will begin sending applicant data to your Zapier account, allowing you to build automated workflows and send applicant information wherever you need it.

4. Note: You can choose to have:

   1. All Qualified, Further Review, and/or Disqualified applicants automatically sent to Zapier.
   2. Or manually trigger applicant data to be sent from an individual applicant's profile in your Augusta dashboard on a case-by-case basis.

What Happens Next?

Once the integration has been configured, Augusta will automatically send applicant data to your Zapier webhook, allowing your custom workflows to process new applicants however you've configured them.
