How to Edit Your Header
- Go to your Augusta Dashboard
- Click the Smart Job Application tab
- Select the Agency Header subtab
What You Can Edit
Headline
Your main message to applicants. Keep it clear and compelling.
Benefits
Highlight what makes your agency stand out (pay, flexibility, culture, etc.).
Note: You can add up to 6 benefits.
Service Areas
List the areas you serve to help applicants understand where they may be working.
Note: You can add up to 6 service areas.
Agency Photo
Upload a photo that represents your agency.
Best practice:
- Use a real photo of your team or caregivers
- Avoid stock images or logos
This helps build trust and makes your agency feel more personal to applicants.
Theme
Choose a theme that fits your branding.
- You can scroll through available options
- If you are part of a supported franchise, your branding may already be applied automatically
Where These Changes Appear
Any updates you make will automatically apply to:
- Your Augusta application
- Smart Posts
- Interview booking pages
- Applicant communications (emails and texts)

Avoid overloading applicants with too much information — clear, concise messaging performs best.
